With weigh. you can monitor your weight history. Various indexes such as your BMI or body fat percentage will be clearly represented by different diagrams. They can be exported directly via email or viewed through Apple TV on your TV set in HD.

Plan your desired weight and let weigh. calculate when you will reach your goal. The same is true, of course, for calculating your ideal or normal weight.

To calculate the following indexes for the day and make changes to the previous days scheme, you only need to enter your sex, age and size. All values are available both in metric and imperial units:

-Total energy consumption

-Protein need
-Already taken
-Energy balance
-Target weight

Choose which indexes you want to see and determine the order to find out exactly what interests you.
